Tonight SPLASH had the honor of hosting one of the public hearings for the DEC Community Risk and Resiliency Act (CRRA).

What we learned:

1) by the year 2100, sea level rise is projected to be 6 feet

2) ice melt is the biggest contributor

3) by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, we can slow the rate of warming and reduce the ice melt
